As the Durandal campaign draws to a close, I want to take a moment—not to plead for last-minute pledges, but simply to say thank you.

This campaign may not have reached its funding goal, but that doesn’t mean it failed. Over the past weeks, I’ve had incredible conversations, seen people explore the Quick-Start, watched players bring their knights to life, and heard echoes of Roland’s horn in unexpected places. That alone is worth more than numbers.

To everyone who pledged, shared, read, watched, and played: you gave me strength. You showed me that Durandal speaks to something real—a longing for stories shaped by faith, honor, sacrifice, and myth.

The game isn’t going away. I’ll take a breath, listen to the road ahead, and find the best way to bring Durandal back—stronger, sharper, and perhaps in another form. And when I do, I hope you’ll be there to walk beside me once more.
